Scanning your site
A scan reads every page of your site and reports what a launch reviewer would look for, organised into categories you can work through one by one.
What a scan covers#
The checks panel runs fourteen scan categories against the rendered site:
- Design system: typography, spacing, colour, and sizing variables, plus components and their variants
- Accessibility: WCAG-aligned checks and a dedicated colour contrast pass
- Content and SEO: metadata, structured data, image alt text, broken links, and indexing signals
- Behaviour: scripts and tracking tags, analytics setup, animations, and performance
- GDPR: consent and privacy checks that can block launch readiness
Running a scan#
Open the project and choose a category in the checks panel, or run everything at once. Scans read the rendered pages the same way a browser does, so what is checked is what a visitor actually receives. Re-scan as often as you like: there is no cap on scan runs, on any plan.
Reading the results#
Each finding has a severity (pass, warn, or fail) and is scoped to the page it was found on, so you can fix problems where they live. The launch readiness checklist aggregates the same results into a single answer to the question "is this site ready to go live?", and each step deep-links back to the panel that resolves it.
