Payment and refunds
Adyen-processed payments. Cancel any time from workspace settings.
Payment processor#
Payments are processed by Adyen. Card data is tokenised at the processor: we never see raw card numbers. Receipts are generated automatically and emailed after each charge.
Cancellation#
Cancel from workspace settings. The subscription stays usable until the end of the paid period, then the workspace switches to read-only. No refunds for partial months, but pro-rata refunds for accidental charges: email us.
