Approvals and audit trail
Every approval is captured with identity, timestamp, IP, and the exact page version that was signed off.
Capturing approvals#
Approvals are per-page. The client clicks the approve action and Weblooks records the user, timestamp, IP, and a hash of the rendered page. Approvals can be revoked or re-issued; the audit trail keeps the full history.
Exporting the audit log#
The launch readiness page summarises every approval, audit pass, and accessibility result into an exportable PDF. Attach it to the invoice as a delivery proof.
